projecting a micro rubber expander type Gromet, for my cable production.

The project must:

- A base (cradle) to attach the rubber;

- An inserter metal rocket-shaped (tapered) 150mm length 15mm tear;

requirement:

An actuator (pneumatic cylinder) to be triggered via pedal or key command, you must move the rocket to the Buxa (metallic part).

After the rubber insert that will descoplado its fixed base and transported with rubber cables to be passed in the extended opening of rubber and filled cables after the inserter metal (rocket) is removed.

Necessary drawings and solidworks DWG to industrialize.
