I would like to hire a Programmer

I am civil engineer student from Serbia. I am also a drummer. So, sorry in advance for bad english. Lately I am concidering opening a studio. But since I am intraduced with problems from this kind of busines first I need a program. A program that would enable me easy way of keeping schedule. I am still not shure should it be site, or probably application for mobile. Because... My view of the problem is:

There has to be studio (more of them) as some kind of administrator but just so it can refuse or allow cancelation from a band 24h before session is scheduled. Everything before, studio is not asked about it. Only one more thing studio is asked about: Who can change schedule? Studio allowes witch mobile phones can make a reservation in their studio. Now when studio's role is clear, what about those phone numbers? Those phone numbers can add a reservation on a free feeld in the schedule (every studio has its working time). If wanted time (field) is taken, user (phone number) can mark it and get notification if it gets free. If time (field) is free, he can make a reservation. Application should have Studios (different locations) and all about them, then under each studio it should have rooms (every room has its description and SCHEDULE).

That is as close as I could describe it to you right now.

I coded earlier in c++, so I am not a total noob :) Task is not hard.

I think 20 days is more than enough to finnish app.
