I’m looking to work an employee engagement specialist who can provide me with behind the scenes support for a variety of projects I am leading for my client in the financial services industry in South Africa. Some of these projects have included surveys, recognition initiatives, performance management conversations, manager development, and DE&I. I haven’t attached any further details however am happy to share more in a exploration conversation.
Skills broadly required: great at project management and driving towards deadlines, good writing skills, Knowledge on employee engagement best practises, crafting plans and strategies.
I own my own business consulting to financial services companies. I am also a coach who works with women leaders.
The reason why I need help is because I need to free up additional capacity for me to work on developing new plans and strategies for my client, whilst implementing current ones - I would need behind the scenes help on the implementation of the current projects and helping me deliver brilliant quality work on time and in scope, and hopefully help me exceed my client’s expectations. I would maintain the client interface, so you would not be required (yet) to engage with my client.
I need an experienced partner who is passionate about people and the employee experience, and who is great at what they do and where our skill sets compliment one another. Ideally you’re also in tune with current organisational culture trends.
I’ll share more in the exact scope of service required. In the mean time let’s connect virtually for 15min so that we both have the opportunity to establish whether we want to work together. Connection is important.
I need someone who is also flexible enough to work on pieces of multiple projects, not just one, and this must fall within the fixed fee that we agree on (please do not charge me “per project”)
Time zones - I’m based in South Africa. Let’s also see how we can synchronise times if you are based in a different country.
