Etsy program in Python to export my purchases

I am looking for a Python program that can export both the purchase and shipping details of my Etsy purchases. The program should output the information in an Excel spreadsheet format. I do not need the program to be hosted on a server.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Familiarity with the Etsy API
- Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets
