Project Title: Monte Carlo Counterfactual Regret Minimization for Texas Hold'em Poker
I am looking for a skilled developer who can apply Monte Carlo Counterfactual Regret Minimization (MCCFR) to the game of Texas Hold'em Poker.
There is one open source project already made on this
Just needs to be fine tuned
three main steps are done
1. Standardise hands into buckets
2. Monte carlo counterfactual regret minimization
3. Deep level search
These three steps should give us the AI bot, the open source has made quite a lot of it but it's not complete yet
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of MCCFR algorithm
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
- Experience in developing algorithms for game theory and decision-making
- Familiarity with the rules and strategies of Texas Hold'em Poker
Graphical User Interface (GUI):
- The need for a graphical user interface (GUI) for the project is currently undecided.
