Need help writing R output to .csv file ([login to view URL] command doesn't seem to work with the selected dataframe)

I have an R script which uses two .csv files as input, makes a calculation, then displays an output. I need help with a command to write the output to a [login to view URL] file (the [login to view URL] command doesn't seem to work for some reason with the dataframe I selected). This is relatively basic, and would just require you to have an intermediate knowledge of R. The "save" function works fine but doesn't replace the text within the [login to view URL] file each time.
Basically a command to save output to a .csv is needed (likely using [login to view URL]) and I need help with the code.
