We are commercial developers in Somers, NY. We are proposing a small mixed use project of three identical buildings (10,0000 sf each building on three floors).

For a preliminary submission, we need a streetscape view looking into the site. We do not have CAD drawings, but have pdf. We would need turn around in 10 days.

We would need to add/change the following to the rendering:

1. Building #2 needs to be flipped, so that the entrance faces route 100, not parking lot.

2. Add a 3' high stone wall with a 2" high picket fence above it, all along the front yard on Route 100.

3. Add stone pillars with ornamental wood gates at entrance

4. Add modest amount of low shrubs in front of stone wall.

5. I can send sample photos of wall, pillars and finishes.
