During the 1980s, Shinrin-Yoku became a cornerstone of preventative healthcare and healing in Japanese medicine. Shinrin-Yoku directly translates to “taking in the forest atmosphere” and is commonly referred to as Forest Therapy or Forest Bathing. Studies have displayed a wide array of benefits especially as it relates to cardiovascular and immune system health. Additional research has also demonstrated the positive effects of Shinrin-Yoku on mood and cognition.
We are looking to hire a freelancer to write an Introductory White Paper about the positive effects of Biophilia and NK Cells in relation to Forest Therapy. This paper will be used as an introductory piece to present to physicians in an effort to get them involved with future studies on the health benefits of Forest Therapy. It will also be used as an introductory piece for the general health benefits of Forest Therapy for people considering this type of therapy. The piece will need to be a couple of pages and include an overview of current research in the field. Different studies will need to be attached and cited in the piece.
We will need this piece on an expedited timeline, complete by EOD on December 19th.
