• PPO Payment is $75.00 per converted customer, +10 Weekly approved leads, payment
is $100.00, +30 weekly leads, payment is $120.00,
• Campaign is based on a valid customer looking for braces, not how many braces.
• No Daily Cap.
• Dialing area > 49 States.
• Online CRM.
• Per sale commission structure.
• Training and support available after approval
• We expect a minimum of 5 agents to start the projects, with the ability to add more to continue to drive sales.
• Long-term campaign.
• We expect the average SPD per agent to meet a minimum of +1 to +3 daily.

➢ Previous US DME/PPO lead generation campaign experience is a must.
➢ Agents that understand and speak English very well.
➢ English speaking program only.
➢ You must be able to begin within 5 working days of a signed contract being in

➢ Working hours range for M-S 12:00 AM till 9:00 PM EST.
➢ Daily upload of voice recordings is a must and mandatory.
