Improve my packaging customer experience

We manufacture closet doors to be sold on the internet. I believe that we can greatly improve the customer experience when they receive our package. We currently include inside the box Instructions, use and care document warranty and a consumer review letter.

I believe that when a customer receives our product he should see something on the outside of the packaging telling him what to do or expect. You can see in the attached pictures how the doors are skidded for delivery. I was thinking the outside should clearly state to inspect doors for damage or something, not really sure. (kind of why I am posting this project)

As far as all of the documents included inside I do not believe they are as well thought out as they should be. Plus they should be in one clean folded piece not 2-5 individual pieces of paper.

When a customer opens the product they should know clearly what is included, what to do if anything is missing, how to register their product. Currently there is no registration card. We will be building it into our website very shortly.

As a small company we need positive 5 star reviews we want to put something into the packaging that makes the consumer want to give us this positive review. our company website should be someplace [login to view URL]

Please keep in mind that the instructions need some edits which are lised in the ideas to improve bifold instructions.

There are also sliding doors with shorter instructions that are good but they will need the other info in the sliders as well.

We are ok if the warranty needs to be cleaned up or shortened. we are open to suggestions here as well.
