Social Media Manager To Increase Sales/Following via Engaging, Likes, & Comments

I am currently looking for someone to take complete control of my social media platforms in order to increase sales for my children's book. I am in the process of publishing a new book and releasing a new toy, but I must increase my sales of the first children's book. I am interested in reaching the audience of those that are intrigued by African American authors, characters, and black entrepreneurs, just to name a few. Also, use the data to find the targeted audience. I am willing to pay a monthly rate if the job can be done. My SEO has been set up, but I am not sure if it is effective. I am also looking for this person to create content and effective Facebook ads and use PIXEL. I have some content, but I need new. I am willing to send you everything I have as long as more/newer content and etc is created.
If this person has experience working with WordPress and adding Shopify to my established website and making some updates to the website that will be a plus. Please contact me if you are the person for the job. I am very easy to work with. I just want the job done and done correctly. And I do not want to release payments until things are completed/increased monthly. So insight reports must be shown. Also, I DO NOT WANT fake/bot followers and likes.
