-Launcher will need to adjust a few settings in a client side ini file. Such as screen screen resolution, sound. All inside of an ini file.

-Image Slider. Will display images from client side.

-Updater/Patcher. I would like you to tell me how you plan to tackle this. If you bid please share your knowledge about patcher/updaters as this is the main function of this program. Needs to be able to transfer large size files. And allow for easy resume of the files.

-Easy updating server side. Just need a nice clean way to add new files for the patcher to download client side.

-Able to be used on Windows XP to Windows 10

-After the updater has completed client side, it should enable a button that says "Start". Pressing this button will just run an exe file.

I am looking for some one who has done this before. Again please make a bid and tell me about the updater/patcher. And what you want to program it in.
