To prepare a summary and scoping document of the architecture required to effect the following business proposal.

The summary/scoping document is to provide diagramatic representation of how each component of the system/software works and the type of tool required at each part of the system along with examples of leading tools capable of performing this function.

The intent is to maximise automation of processes, leaving me to focus on growing the club network and negotiating deals with suppliers.

I am a private individual and will be funding this from my own resources. I do not have an in-house software team...so I will establish this architecture and system on a highly efficient cost basis. Once the system is earning revenues, I can then expand the system.

I will establish a co-operative/club amongst a dispersed base of small business all operating in the one sector. It may be extended to other sectors later.

The purpose of the club will initially be:

1. to provide toolkits to members from a website to allow them to be more professional in the winning and retention of customers and management of their customer communication. This will be by the choice of either downloadable templates or by accessing a mailing program and using inbuilt templates.

2. to reduce the operating costs of the businesses by providing discounts for bulk purchase of goods and services - e.g. insurance, finance products, superannuation or management software, power, gas, water.

3. to secure trailing income in the form of recurring payments from suppliers to the Cooperative from the suppliers of product to the co-operative

4. to allow club members to create their own sub-network of members to allow club members to provide service offerings to the sub-members

5. to distribute income on the trailing income received to specified participants from the co-operative group with differing commission splits depending on the relationship of the participant to the income e.g. if one of the club members introduces one of their clients to the arrangements, the club member, the introducer of the club member and the group owner will all receive varying levels of fees from the arrangement.

6. To provide information on volumes transacted to improve buying power

7. Phase two

a. to be be datamining constantly looking for better deals to offer to the club and to allow renegotiation with existing suppliers or the move to new suppliers

b. to extend the services offered to the club - training etc.

The club will created and grown via a marketing campaign from access to current thrid party databases and by cold calling. Membership will be free. All revenues will come from trailers to thrid party suppliers.

Key aspects of the proposal will be to identify the various types of systems currently used by insurance companies and similar businesses to pay trailers under this style of architecture and how the owner/participants in the group are able to ensure visibility of the transactions that occur at a supplier level (e.g policy renewal) and any new services that may be sold to that client to ensure control of the client and payment.
