I am looking for a Singapore developer to create an API-wrapper for the API Developer & Partner Portal ([login to view URL]) - specifically, the API for determining Vehicle road tax in Singapore
The public interface to which is here; [login to view URL] but it's available as an API within NDI
I will place a 50/50 milestone payment. 50% of which will be paid once a proof-of-concept can be demonstrated, i.e. a console app or anything similar. The final payout will be made when the API wrapper is complete.
Please do not ask for more money than your bid amount, and do not ask to be paid early. The answer will be no.
I would prefer the project to be written in C# (.NET), but I am flexible on this.
