need to develop exam tool than every on can give exam through 10 in ch or 12 inch tablet in writing and camara of the tablet can detect the face movement while giving exam if any one moves then app will stop and it will ask to rotate the tablet through room if any face detected extra it should stop exam,exam paper can be load just like paper and examine can write exam through ? on tab when it submit it should convert in pdf and goes to institution for evaluation.
