We are a Montessori House of Children and give out observation reports (yearly report) to parents. We currently have a template which is a hard copy and details are entered into it by writing on them. Need a template that will allow to enter the details through the system and then save the details as PDF file which can be sent as a mail or printed to be handed over. The data captured in terms of the child's name and grade, a certificate with also has a specific format should be printed. The detail of the children should be entered as CHILDREN information from where the names are to be pulled to form the report. This application should be a stand-alone application
