Binance Chain Smart Contract Expert Needed

I'm seeking a highly skilled and experienced blockchain developer who specializes in the Binance Smart Chain platform. There are specific tasks needed for this project:
- Design and build an ERC721 NFT smart contract.
- Implement ERC20 tokens within the contract.
- Integrate the smart contract with my application's frontend and backend systems. As of now, the design or template for the frontend isn't established yet.
The NFT smart contract must come with the following attributes:
- Royalty Mechanics
- Custom Metadata
- Upgradeability
Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in working with Binance Smart Chain.
- Expert in ERC721 and ERC20 tokens.
- Experience in integrating smart contracts with frontend and backend systems.
- Familiarity with royalty mechanics, custom metadata, and smart contract upgradeability is a must.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain processes and outcomes.
