modify my statistics formula to forecast a student's next exam result via microsoft excel- £30

Work needed asap. Unfortunately I need this to move quickly.
I have developed an excel file that looks to forecast a students next exam result based on 3 things. 1- linear regression formula. 2- an input scored 1-100 answering a question on subject simplicity. 3- an input scored 1-100 answering a question on time/ focus to subject for next exam only.
It works well for when the student has logged 6 exams plus. It is not accurate for when a student only logs 3-4 exam results in.
I need a formula that will look at the 3 factors stated, and will remain somewhat accurate even if the student has only sat 3-4 exams vs 9 exams.
The formula must flex depending on how many exams the student has logged for that subject. I need the formula in an excel format.
Budget is small as I have done a lot of the work already. Just need a touch up. Anything more than £30 is too much as this is a small job.

I have bigger jobs coming up that requires somebody to create more complex formulae with a bigger budget. I will be keen to rehire and create a job from scratch.
