I need 50 articles that are 400 words each . I will pay $3 per article.

The articles should not be research intensive as information abounds on this non technical topic.

Each article will be a description of a different US city (I will provide a specific list of which cities). The articles will be read by real estate investors (landlords), and should have a formal tone.

Some, but not necessarily all, of the following topics should be covered.

Culture, parks, recreation, entertainment, demographics, geography, transportation, education, economy, government and politics, etc.

Here are the details:

Article

-The articles must flow logically and have a clear sentence structure that reflects a firm grasp of the English language. The vocabulary should vary and the article should not repeat itself or contain "filler".

-Each article must be a minimum of 400 words long.

-Must have correct spelling, grammar, punctuation etc. You will be required to proofread your own articles as errors will result in it being returned for revisions.

-Article title - It will be the same for all articles, only the name of the city will vary.

-Keywords - 1-3 will be provided & will be the same for each article, only the name of the city will vary.

-Article must be original and pass copyscape and Dupefree. Unoriginal content will not be accepted and will cause immediate termination.

Other details

-I need AT LEAST 25 articles per week. This means the project should be completed within two weeks.

-There is no negotiating on price, so please don't waste your time.

-I will gain complete ownership over your work and you can not reproduce or re-use them in any possible way (not even as sample portfolio work).

-Please include the phrase "creative freelancer" in your bid to show that you have read through the specifications.

-If you cannot agree to the terms, please do not apply.
