What Are We Looking For?

Tele callers are those people who are responsible for handling various customers in an organization. Their job includes handling different customers and convincing them about the benefits of the products of Travelympus.
We are searching for an engaged or fresher Tele-caller to boost our marketing by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the Tele-caller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff. You should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable Tele-caller will suggest ways in which clients' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
Duties & Responsibilities
------------------------------------------------------------
• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of Product
• Document transactions by completing forms and record logs
• Maintain database by entering, verifying data
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing given targets in given time
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
