List Cleaning

I need a telemarketer to clean and qualify a list of doctors to confirm the medical general practice they work for.

Specifically, I am chasing the following:

- Practice Name

- Practice Manager

- Practice Owners Name

- Fax Number

- Number of PCs in the network

The list of 2200 doctors names already contains the Phone numbers and addresses and of the doctors. Given on average there is around 5 doctors names for each one practice, the number of practices that will need to be called will be around 440.

Looking to also qualify the following:

How many PCs and servers

What their correct mailing address

Before making the call, go to the company’s web site, verify the address, and try to determine who the Practice Manager is. You will do much better if you know this information in advance.

You can use the following script to determine the appropriate information:

“Hi <<Mary>>, this is <<Your Name>> calling from <Company Name>. I’m sitting here filling out an invitation to your Practice Manager

to invite them to an executive Lunch and Learn seminar we’re holding and need to verify the address to send this invitation. Is it…<<say address>>?”

“Great! And the Practice Manager is <<Name>>?”

NOTE: If you don’t know the Practice Manager name, then say: “Could you please spell the Practice Managers name?”

“Thank you! I would also like to include an invitation to the doctor who own the practice.…may I get that person’s name? And are they at the same address or is there another address I should send their invitation to?”

“And, just so I make sure to send the right information to them, how many PCs are in your practice? Do you know if you have a server too?”

“Great…and would you happen to have the Practice Manager and owners e-mail address so I can send a follow-up invite via e-mail?”

“Thanks! I’ll get this invite out to them right away.”
