3D Modelling of Emberwood Apartment Units -- 2
$8-15 USD / hour
We need 3D floor plans layouts for 9 different apartment units made from the building plans. Many of the layouts will be minor alterations of one of the other layouts. We have attached the architectural layouts of all the units. We have attached an example 3D rendering. It shows the quality level we are looking for. And we have attached a picture of the kitchen. The finishes and colors are all about right in this picture except the stove and micro-hood are stainless steel. We have attached a flooring plan. The pink highlighted area will vinyl that looks like tile. The yellow highlighted area will be vinyl that looks like hardwood. The rest of the apartment will be carpet. The deck railings will be bronze in color. All the units have white trim with white doors. Attached is a picture of the door. We will need high quality all the renderings. Plus we will need the final 3D files when you are complete. We will send out a picture of many of the finishes tomorrow.
