Looking for simple construction drawings for residential construction. Would need foundation plan, floor plan, elevations, roof framing and cross sections. Would like the ability to show in 3d, would like for you to bid the job as simple auto cad first, then on your comments to me price what it takes to make them 3-d. You would be given a baseline to draw like a marked up marketing sheet. You will have to do everything from there.
