I have an architectural 2d drawing in AutoCad of the 4 sides of a house and floorplans as well as area map that I would like to get drawn and rendered in a 3d model for better visualization. I only require the 3ds Max file and no video animations or multiple renderings. I need to see how the house sits in the land (slanted hill) and all the surfaces should be properly created in the look and feel of the real material (wood, black glass, glass, white concrete etc.)
