English to Hindi Translation

Hi folks
I have a 230 page of book that needs to be translated from English to Hindi. I have already translated 10 pages so that you can look at it as a sample.
The book is available immediately and I need it completed on 29th -Oct-2012.
The money I am ready to pay for the project is like 5000-6000 rs. I'll do 30% of the payment at the starting of the project. I'll also be helping you in the translation, in a way that you and we'll be working together on this book, but I'll be able to do minimum 90 more pages and above that is your bonus. That means 100 pages will be done by me and you need to translate just 130 pages in 14 day period.
I guarantee you if performance is satisfactory we have some big projects for the translation of books in line, so I'll be providing you with work for atleast 4-5 months.
