Facebook and Twitter Fans

Hello!

This project is to build 3000 fans to a new Facebook Page.

What I'm looking for:

- Fans must not be acquired legally WITHOUT using spam, spam-bots, any sort of bots or automated programs.

- Must be real active Facebook users (log in at least once a week)

- Fans must not have profiles promoting pornographic, dating or illegal sites. No fans must be spammers or be at risk of having their accounts deleted.

- Methods must not get my Facebook account banned or deleted.

- Looking for fans in the USA.

- Would ideally like fans within a week, but don't mind if it's a bit longer AS LONG as these are REAL FANS Done the proper way.

- If methods of attracting fans are illegitmate or result in account/ page being banned, you won't be paid.

Please explain how you intend to do this and stay within Facebook rules. Also links to previous Fan Pages you have worked on if you have done similar work.

Budget: $50 for Facebook and $50.00 for Twitter OR tell me how many fans you can deliver for $50 for each medium.
