2D Animated Filters

Looking for some 2d animators who can conceptualise and create 2d animated filters. The filters need to be a max of 1 sec long and must be exported as a .png sequence. These filter will be used to overlay on the users face in the camera of the app. We will pre decide the theme of the filter eg - greetings, HI, Hello, Good bye, jungle theme, outer space etc.
Looking for someone can think of such ideas as well as execute them. This would be a long term project as we would require such filters on a constant basis. To start with we will do a test batch of 2 and then are looking for a batch of 25 filters.
