Excel macro to delete rows based on WORD % similarity of column

I have excel VBA macro code to find WORD % similarity of cells. I need upgrade.

1) UI

a) Input to specify % and/or % range for match

b) Input to specify which column(s) to scan for match

2) Add action code to all that match

a) Delete all duplicate match (do not delete original)

b) Move all duplicate match (do not move original)

This shouldn't take long and I would like to get started right away! :)
