Extract Data from a Software Listbox to NotePad

I have a program on my pc its written in vb.net or c++
Program has a window form, and on it there is a listbox with numbers 1 per line, i need to copy the data from this listbox and save them in a notepad.
I'm assuming this can be done with autoit or something. the list box is named comboLbox.
its a listbox and data populates in it, it has a scroll bar aswell. i can copy and paste data one at a time, as i can only select one line at a time. i need a way to copy all the lines at once and save in a notepad file.
