Spell Checker Report Program

I am looking for someone who can write a program that I can import from an excel data source, analyse check, underline, highlight and provide a report in PDF for distribution to staff the grammatical, spelling and gender errors using a predetermined dictionary (Australian) identified in the text. The program will convert the information to a PDF that clearly identifies where spelling/grammatical/gender errors are and provides a summary of these errors on the front page. I use to use a program that did this but no longer have access to it due to change in location. I do however still have the program that I use to use it will no longer work for the location that I now work in, but it might provide an idea of what I want the program to do.
