Write a repeatable script to extract key timsheet data from excel file

I have an ERP system we use for time recording for our technicians. It does not integrate with our payroll system, so I need to extract key data from the timeclocking output data to import into our payroll system.
For each employee there will be multiple entries for each day depending on what jobs they were working on, but for payroll I only need
1. Start time
2. Start Break
3. End Beak
4. Finish time.
This data is all in the file created by the ERP (copy attached), But i need a script written that will search for and return this data in a csv file.
While the output layout is the same each time, the number of lines per day will vary
The script will need to identify the employee, identify for each day the data above and return it in a csv file.
This is repeated every fortnight
If there are multiple breaks in a day, it needs to exclude any reak less than 10 inutes - not sure if that is possible
