Dutch seo 100+ PR 4 links

For a website that is about 3 years online we need 100 PR3+ links on dutch web sites.

For us this is a test. If the results are satisfying, we will hire you for future SEO projects.

All links must fit the following criteria:

1. Must be on DUTCH PR3+ website with .nl or .be TLD

2. Entire site must me in DUTCH

3. No "resources" or "links" anywhere in the URL of the page.

4. Must be quality links (no link Farms, FFA's, guest books, web rings or paid sites, gambling , porn, adult material or warez sites)

5. MIN 20% must be PR4+. Max 20% on PR3.

6. Must use anchored text of our choice.

7. All links must be placed within 30 days.

8. No automated submissions, must be manually submitted.

9. No dynamically generated links, must be permanent static links.

10. One link per site (IP C-class). No duplicate links on any web site

11. No more than 25 out going links on the page on which we will appear.

12. Page link can be found must be able to be indexed by search engines, not redirects, or dis-allowed.

13. Link pages must be cached by Google for at least 3 months

14. You must have examples of previous work.

During the project period, you must provide us with detailed reports.

These reports must contain the following information for each link partner:

-URL of the page where our link is published

-Anchor text of the hyperlink

-Google PageRank of the page
