Very simple, there is a domain with lots user made pages where they write their emails in plain text (no protection)
Very rarely with (at)something(dot)com kind of obscuration.
The domain is huge has a lot of pages but only 40,000 or so users and published emails will be significantly lower then that.
Please quote reasonably. If you have the tools already its just a matter of crawling this website and extracting emails.
