Looking for long term provider to upload on server

Simple exercise below to upload on my server. I am looking for a long-term provider to maintain my many websites in future. Interested providers, please send samples of work done
1. install, update and upload on my server, 15 websites in Mandarin and English - I will provide the materials - sales copy, ebooks soft copies (book cover design and internal content) except need to design the banners from the book cover design which will be provided. Proivders need not understand Mandarin as the materials will be provided
2. Need to put in the Paypal payment mode and Thank You page. Need to test to make sure it works. Provider must know how to install the paypal widget without getting my password.
3. Need to embed Youtube videos in some of the websites - i will provide the Youtube videos
