Build a Wordpress site using a template

I have a Wordpress site that I want to build following a specific process using a site template.
The first step is to design a site structure document using the same format as the site structure document supplied. It will be based on the elements of the site template which is here - [url removed, login to view] The site structure needs to be delivered as a PDF in the same style as the document attached. It should be aligned with the project brief requirements that are also attached.
The second step is to produce a design file that I can present to the client for the home page based on the theme that should be delivered as a jpg file. The colour palette will be provided.
The third step is to implement the theme in Wordpress using a hosting server with a Cpanel management panel (this will be supplied). This will include making any tweaks to the css, although because a theme is being used most of the layout will be fixed. Content loading will be required into wordpress as well as sourcing appropriate images from compfight or everystockphoto.
I would like to see an example of previous portfolio work in Wordpress.
