I need a web designer/front end developer with experience in responsive websites development. You will be provided psd files and you will have to code it to responsive web for desktop, mobiles, tablets.

*****1st project is going to be a website with horizontal scroll bar so you must have idea of horizontal scroll bar *******
A finished website needs to have pixel perfect, cross browser compatible ( including IE ) Mobile friendly design.
I have 2 to 4 projects every week.
You must be good with javascript, jquery, html, css
meeting w3c standard in design will be a plus.
Don't apply if:
you are not skilled in responsive design
you are not able to meet the deadlines
you are not available on skype
you are not able to provide best quality of work.
Max budget for 1st project is $120
