Templates with CSS and graphics

We need some .css files to be used with eBay listings. There are three different layouts that the user can choose:

and, so far, two stylesheets that can be applied to each layout:

We would like some more creative stylesheets designed that will work with all three layouts above. We are big fans of CSS Zen Garden, see [url removed, login to view] , and hope that you can be as creative as those designers! For instance:

We would like to commission stylesheets and their associated images from a number of different designers so as to get a wide variety of looks. PLEASE QUOTE FOR THE COST OF DEVELOPING ONE OR TWO TEMPLATES.
The files will be redistributed, so it is essential that all materials supplied be copyright-free and royalty-free.
TECHNICAL NOTES.
The three .html pages above are actually generated dynamically from other files; see [url removed, login to view] for an example. This should not concern you too much; the main reason for mentioning it is to demonstrate what code is generated statically vs. dynamically.
Please choose a number from 010-999, for example 123, and name your file [url removed, login to view] and the images you use [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc.
Images can be png, jpg or gif.
If you need to change the .html for your design, for example, adding extra "class" or "id" statements, it's probably OK.
No Javascript please, to avoid running into eBay's Javascript limitations, see [url removed, login to view]
