I am looking for a highly professional and reliable Google Adsense website creator that is able to create an Adsense site and get approved for a new adsense account by using the site.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:
1. The site has to generate at least $30 USD per day.
2. I Have an adsense account that you will be provided access to with an email address I will create. You have to use adsense friendly content.
3. You have to show me the proof once the work has done that it really makes at least $30 daily for 90 days. If you are not capable to deliver such task you don't have to bid.
4. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website.
5. Provide overview plan before starting the project
6. Contain unique content with unique posts/articles.
7. Must start with 12 articles or blog on topic and then one article/post every week until it can generate targeted constant income.
8. content must be original (tested using premium copyscape, This will be checked) and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently.
9. All kinds of SEO Marketing as required.
10. Must generate $30 USD per day.
11. Topic is open but cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, wars or anything that is not acceptable to the Adsense TOS. Again, site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% ( Very Important! ). Multiple Sample topics must be provided before work is started. I will choose which topic will be used.
12. Website must be Wordpress based.
13. You can suggest the name but I will purchase must be .com
14. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE Terms of Service 100%
15. WHITE-HAT STRATEGIES ONLY!!!
16. All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing.
17. Must contain royalty-free related images to relevant topics
18. Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads.
19. Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites).
20. Must Be Adsense optimized. but have the ability to add other Adsense alternatives.
21. Must have Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense.
22. Must communicate the progress in e-mail
23. I will provide access to cpanel and to wp-admin
References are a plus, If this venture is successful, you will have priority to bid on future projects, 75% of payment to be paid on completion of website for future projects.
The bidder should consider the following points too:
** Tell me step by step how you direct and increase traffic to the website.
** Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created.
IMPORTANT : Traffic and ad clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. We cannot risk our Adsense account. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!
This is an initial test contract with continuous future jobs available
- I will provide the hosting and admin access to the wordress control panel for the site.
- I will buy the domain as you suggested based on your own keyword research. (Must be .com).
- Terms 50% after website is completed- 25% only AFTER we see constant income in my Adsense account. Final 25% will be paid after 30 continuous days at or above the $30.00 a day level until this has been confirmed. When requirements have been met successfully, you will be paid in full.
