I am looking for an ecommerce website to be built. I am looking for a very secured, scalable and dynamic website to service real estate sales of land, houses. Also, people can list items for sale like home appliances, vehicles, electronics etc and services they offer like bricklayer, carpenter, roofer, electrician, mechanic, internal decorator, painter, landscaper, etc.
This is a subscription-based website where users (those selling or buying) will be able to list or buy real estate property, household goods and services. Users should ONLY be able to see detail information of any listed items or services as paid members.
Sign up should be done only by real humans with their valid names, phone numbers, email address, address. I want to be able to get this user/customer data and store somewhere for analysis and marketing purposes.
There should be there should be three levels of accounts or subscription: Basic, Gold and Platinum. All with different subscription prices based in Francs CFA (US Dollar). The signed-up user should be able to upload valid pictures and videos of the items. The website should have these features:
• Responsive and mobile friendly.
• That allows for featured product images and videos.
• A cart that automatically updates.
• Customizable options.
• Product variation features.
• Customer support included.
• Many homepage layouts for signed up clients
• Unlimited color options
• Lots of product detail page variations
• Light and dark versions
• Super fast, secured, and scalable pages
• Many Admin functions for users who are listing their product or service.
