Hi,
I need a loading bar element similar to this one:

or the kind of thing they use on https://www.moneysupermarket.com.
The idea is to portray a large data source going on the background- which then changes to text with another link on it asking the viewer to opt in / book a call.
There are lots of similar examples online on github etc but we need to adjust them so they are perfect for our sites so they can be edited by us easily.
If this is something you can do please let me know as id like to get this completed asap.
