I need a basic Web application made to the following criteria:
- User inputs a series of options, e.g ("1,2, 3,4,5,6,7), ("a, b, c, d, e, f, g"), ("cat, dog, bird, cow, pig, sheep")
- User inputs a specified time interval from 1-10 seconds e.g ("3 seconds")
- User hits 'start' button (a stop button must also be created)
The app should then use text to voice to announce the options from the input RANDOMLY at the specified time interval. The options must be spoken randomly not in the input order and it must loop indefinitely until the user hits the stop button.
