I need someone to build a custom website for me.

I will need someone who can make a website which will allow the user to log in to their account. Once logged in they'll be directed to their dashboard where they can see their data in a compressed format e.g. tables, graphs e.t.c. . The website will also have a menu which will allow the user to view their data individually. I will also want one of the pages to have charts/graphs. I will also want a form/query page in which the user can insert new data and a database to store the information. I also want a page in which the user can view the data they insert. I will also require a CMS. Also an information page and contact page in which the user can access before they log in. I will be more specific once I find a coder for the job as I do not want to give away the concept for this site. I will most likely require the coder/designer to sign a NDA.
