Micro_Pay Process
A Merchant adds Micro Pay as a Payment option on their website.
The Buyer clicks Micro Pay
Send the sale information to WebPicID using existing software.
The Buyer is taken to the WebPicID Log on/ Sign up page.
The Buyer logs onto [login to view URL]
WebPicID checks to see if the Buyer has the funds.
IF NO
The Buyer is told to make a cash deposit at a WebPicID bank branch.
The Micro Pay Transaction is processed once the payment is received by WebPicID
IF YES
WebPicID processes the sale.
The funds are transferred to the Merchant WebPicID account.
The Member is invoiced for the Micro Pay amount.
The Merchant is credited for the total Micro Pay amount.
The Merchant account is debited for the Micro Pay fees.
The Payment authorization is sent to the Merchant.
The WebPicID Member aggress that there are no returns on this service.
Funds are settled on the Wednesday of the following week.
Funds are wired or cash is deposited into the Merchant account by Noon.
Daily and weekly reports are sent.
The Merchant is responsible for all banking fees.
We suggest that payments of under $10,000.00 are held for 1 week.
The funds are available for use by the Merchant Buyer Admin to make payments.
The payments can be made to Merchants and Members.
These payments are invoiced to the Merchant account.
Limits, purchase orders, and secondary authorization can be implemented.
Fees outstanding to WebPicID invoices will be offset to this account as available.
Once the payment is approved send the same information to WebPicID.
Using current credit card payment reporting software they send the sale information to next to credit cards herein WMICRO.
Micro_Pay is 1 unit of currency to 10000 units of currency. $0.01 to $100.00.
Members and MEM”s using Micro_Pay agree to not return or claim to not receive any items to a Merchant.1
1 Reporting misrepresented and delivered merchandise or services is mandatory to make a claim. The Claim is made to WebPicID.
a. Members may be entitled to a refund if this is a Merchant supplier pattern of misrepresentation or no proof of shipping and delivery make a claim via MP_Claim at [login to view URL] via Secure Message.
b. Merchant suppliers identified as abusers will be asked for a refund.
c. If they refuse they will be suspended from WebPicID.
d. WebPicID will the extent of the refund.
e. Members who return goods more than once are banned for 3 months, 6 months for the 3rd return, and always for the 4th return.
f. Maximum returned goods refund is 50% of the total order and the Member pays for shipping to and from.
g. All returned goods are sent to WebPicID in the original shipping boxes.
h. Members who are robbed get 50% of the 1st item less shipping costs and must request a signed receipt for future deliveries.
i. No claims can be made on signed receipts.
Micro Payment is paid weekly; the minimum payment is $10,000.00USD by wire or cash.
Payments made Saturday to Friday at 12:01 MST are paid on the following Wednesday by noon MST.
All wire fees are passed on to the Merchant.
