Hi guys, I have a client that has two offices Office N just had their modem and two print servers replaced, they connect to office M via RDP, office N would use the RDP to connect to office N for a program to use that has a database on it the program uses two printers a MFC and a dot matrix label printer at office N thru the program thru the server...problem is now that since the netgear modem router started dropping out and was replaced the printers wont show up at office M servers and office N can not use their printers thru the program on the servers at office M back to office N. So in a nut shell, printers at office N wont work and don't show up anymore on servers at office M and client needs printers working asap. We use Netgear DG834G wireless modem routers 192.168.0.1 at office M and 192.168.1.1 at office N but no connection between both places...help, help, help...

It is RDP printing problems. No printers get shown up in RDP session. This can be quick fixed.
