build a fog node with data encryption and connect it to AWS

my project is Fog computing based energy management system in smart homes.

This is what I need for the project above.

Simulate a network with sensors connected to edge devices  edge devices connected to fog node and that fog node connected to AWS cloud. 

Create a fake data for edge device (light). Data for light will be How much time light was switched on, when it was switched off, when it will be switched on. This data goes into fog node and it gets encrypted in fog node so that no hacker can access it. This encryption will be done by 128bit AES algorithm. Demonstrate the encryption working via video and screenshots. Encryption method can vary. No issues in that. If you can make possible for the network to work in simulation.

You can use any simulators like Ifogsim, Fogtorch etc.. any thing is fine.

*Need the code for all the simulation*

As far as I know, the coding part is all java. Can be implemented in Eclipse. Was researching on simulators, mostly they are executed on eclipse software.
