Wordpress Gallery Issue

We have a client who we have created a website for using this template [login to view URL]
If you scroll down on the homepage you will see [login to view URL]
This is the portfolio gallery and it takes the images from the portfolio that you create and then assign to a category.
If you click on each category the gallery will then display the images within each category.
On our site it is only displaying 'one' category and not 'all' categories as we have set it up too.
We have had two other developers on this today as it is mega urgent for our client and neither one of them can fix it.
Please can you only apply for this if you know this type of job as its mega urgent now.
