Create a footer and sign-up box for my WordPress site

Create a "Sign Up" box like on [url removed, login to view] This box needs to fit both in the footer and in the second column where "Subscribe to Updates" displays now. Or, you could create two versions, one sized for the column and another sized for the footer. I will provide the e-mail service's code for the mailing list.
Create a footer as on [url removed, login to view] Same background color as the header on [url removed, login to view] theme has a box to hold text or HTML, so it should be able to accepted pasted in HTML without changing any of the theme's code. Choose a font/size/font color that's appropriate to my site. See the attached mockup -- the bold items will be links and I will provide those URLs.
