Fix Javascript conflict

We have a Woocommerce site, running multiple plugin's including WP Bakery Visual Composer, also have WP Affiliates - however, we can't access many features of Woocommerce (viewing and editing Variations for example) due to (we believe) a Javascript conflict - if we disable Visual Composer its fine - but this is not acceptable. We need someone to fix this for us.
