link cities created to district in my website

i have a WordPress website and I'm using woo commerce.
before updating the ecommerce i customized the delivery address, we added district and cities for each district.
now cities are not appearing in the field, i need someone to make this simple coding.
Everything was working perfect before updating,
Also i have created something called delivery date, it was showing on the invoice , now also the place is empty, i want to add it
