Making a wordpress site look good on Internet explorer 7

My site [url removed, login to view] runs on wordpress 3.2.1 in Hebrew. I run the Weaver 2.2.6 theme + 81 active plugins, and has a lot of customization done by programmers in the past. The site looks fine on major browsers. It does not look good on IE 7.
I want the programmer to show me he can perform the job on a test site, and than do the work on the live site. Speed pf work is important - I need the work to be done immediately.
